Knauf Australia is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead staff on the allocated shift and drive operational targets at our Melbourne site. You will manage training, stocktakes, and ensure safety and service standards are met.

Role requires strong leadership, organisational skills and a commitment to operational excellence, with duties including training, stock control, handling complaints, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in distribution & logistics industry is desirable.
• Australian work rights and ability to pass pre-employment checks are required.
• Successful completion of pre-employment medical is required.

Aufgaben

• Lead staff on your allocated shift to meet operational targets.
• Train and develop new team members to uphold customer service and safety standards.
• Conduct stocktakes/inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
• Record and report customer complaints per procedures.
• Oversee picking & packing of customer orders and equipment maintenance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement at the site and support OH&S initiatives.
• Analyze KPI and stock-keeping data to identify issues and drive action.
