Komatsu Australia is seeking a Senior Warehouse Operator to join the Melbourne Fulfilment Centre in Tarneit, VIC. You’ll lead by example in daily warehouse activities, support the supervisor, and help develop the wider team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on warehouse experience across receiving, dispatch, picking, packing or inventory control.
• Good understanding of warehouse systems, processes and stock management.
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to take on more responsibility.
• Confident communicating with others and helping teammates when needed.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay organised and prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
• Genuine commitment to safety, teamwork and getting the job done right.
• Willingness to learn, develop and grow into a more senior role.

Responsabilités

• Take a hands-on role in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, dispatch and inventory management.
• Support the Warehouse Supervisor with daily workflow, priorities and targets.
• Be a go-to person for team members, offering guidance and sharing knowledge.
• Help train and support new and developing warehouse employees.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day operational challenges.
• Maintain accurate stock records and support cycle counts and stocktakes.
• Look for ways to improve processes, efficiency and overall team performance.
• Lead by example in safety, teamwork and quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams and logistics providers to keep things moving.
