Job summary

The Country Care Group is seeking a full-time Warehouse & Service Technician for its Tweed Heads, NSW team. You will deliver and install healthcare equipment, perform repairs, and support warehousing operations while representing the brand with excellent customer service.

This role requires a National Police Check, NDIS clearance, and full COVID-19 and flu vaccinations. A valid driver’s licence and knowledge of MS Office are essential for day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellence in customer service to actively promote sales of products and services
• Receive and dispatch stock promptly and accurately
• Unpack, label, and store goods
• Perform basic repairs and maintenance on products
• Operate a stock picker to store and retrieve stock safely
• Drive a van to deliver and collect healthcare equipment to homes, hospitals, and healthcare facilities
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Inspect and diagnose faults in a range of healthcare equipment including hospital beds, lifter chairs and scooters
• Repair and service a range of healthcare equipment
• Undertake efficient scheduling, time management and administrative duties
• Deliver excellence in customer service to a diverse range of people including individual in-home clients or professional facilities
• Provide customers with the information they need to make informed decisions regarding repairs and servicing
• Test and Tag equipment in the warehouse, at facilities and individual homes in accordance with Australian Safety Standards
• Travel within the region to service, repair and deliver equipment.
