Job summary

ASUS Australia is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join its service team. You will handle spare parts fulfilment, stock receipts, dispatches, and ensure accurate records while maintaining safety and organisation.

The role demands at least 1 year in a warehouse/loading dock setting, ability to lift up to 20 kg, and strong WH&S understanding. Australian citizens or permanent residents with rights will be considered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse and loading dock environment.
• Sound knowledge of product service operations.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ASP spare parts fulfilment and faulty returns.
• Manage stock receipt and dispatch, including packing, shipping and records.
• Liaise with HQ to return faulty or surplus parts to overseas warehouse.
• Perform pallet loading/unloading and pallet wrapping for transport.
• Receive/dispatch parcels with data entry and shipment documentation.
• Assist with general service centre operations and housekeeping.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

• Coordinate and manage ASP spare parts fulfilment and faulty parts returns.
• Manage stock receipt and dispatch processes, including packing, shipping, and inventory control, while maintaining accurate stock records.
• Liaise with HQ to arrange the return of faulty or surplus parts to the overseas warehouse.
• Perform pallet loading and unloading, including manual pallet wrapping and preparation for transport.
• Receive and dispatch parcels, including data entry, consignment note (connote) processing, and shipment documentation.
• Assist with general service centre operations, including basic manual handling and material movement, to maintain a clean, safe, and organised workplace.

To be successful in this role you must possess the following:

• Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse and loading dock environment, with sound knowledge of product service operation along with excellent communication & writing skills.
• Capability to lift items up to 20KG alone.
• Strong understanding of Work Health and Safety (WH&S).
