Job summary

EPL International is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor (and Forklift Operator) to join our team in Sydney. The role combines supervisory duties with hands-on forklift work, ensuring efficient loading, unloading, and order picking to meet client deadlines.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, reliability, a valid Australian driver’s license, and the ability to maintain stock accuracy and safety standards on-site. Permanent Australian work rights are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment is essential.
• Ability to load and unload different trucks with safety focus.
• Accurate paperwork and stock control are part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team in daily warehouse operations.
• Operate forklift to load/unload and stage orders.
• Maintain stock accuracy from receiving to picking.
• Ensure paperwork is complete and legible.
• Uphold safety and security procedures on site.

We currently seeka Warehouse Supervisor (and Forklift Operator)to join our team.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for the right candidate.

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate needs to be skilled and have experience:

• Working in a warehouse environment
• Loading & unloading different types of trucks
• Safety & Security
• Picking and staging orders
• Following established procedures and processes
• Quality Checking
• - ensuring all paperwork is in order
• - pallets are loaded correctly to optimise presentation and load integrity
• Maintaining stock accuracy/integrity from receiving, storing and picking processes
• General site, office and warehouse tidying & maintenance

Skills and Requirements

• Strong communication skills and work ethic

• Excellent service attitude
• Current and complete Australian driver's license
• Physical fitness for manual work
• DG & CoR knowledge/training (advantageous but not essential)
• Knowledge of Cargowise software (advantageous but not essential)
