Qualifications

• Experience in administration, customer service or order processing.
• Background in warehouse, logistics, distribution or supply chain is valued.
• WMS or order management systems experience desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders from entry to completion.
• Enter, update and maintain orders in relevant systems.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations for timelines.
• Provide ETAs and updates on order status to customers.
• Prepare quotes and documentation; resolve order queries.
