Job summary

MESHKI is seeking a Warehouse Manager to own dispatch, inventory accuracy and team performance as the company scales globally. You will implement systems and processes that ensure on-time order fulfilment and seamless operations across distribution centres.

This 12-month fixed-term role emphasizes operational precision, cost control, and cross-functional collaboration with retail, supply chain and finance to support MESHKI's growth into new markets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading warehouse or distribution centre operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and WMS.
• Ability to lead a team with a hands-on, solution-focused style.
• Solid understanding of OH&S and warehouse safety standards.
• Track record of using data to improve efficiency, cost and performance.
• Experience managing budgets and identifying cost savings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispatch processing to meet KPI, SLA and customer targets.
• Drive warehouse efficiency through planning and process improvement.
• Manage inventory accuracy, cycle counting and space utilisation.
• Lead, develop and onboard the warehouse team.
• Manage budgets and identify opportunities to reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.
• Support international distribution expansion as MESHKI grows.
• Champion sustainability initiatives and OH&S compliance.
• Provide insights to senior leadership on operational strategy.
