Job summary

MESHKI is seeking Christmas Casuals to join our Warehouse team across Inventory and Dispatch in New South Wales. You’ll help keep stock moving and ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched to perfection during the peak season.

This is a fixed-term Christmas Casual role running through the holiday season and wrapping up in early 2027. Full availability across November and December is essential, with shifts Monday to Saturday and potential late-night periods during peak times.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a warehouse; Logistics or Retail environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet daily KPIs.
• Understand and execute instructions from team leads and management.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrate safe work practices at all times.

Responsibilities

• Picking items using barcode scanners accurately and efficiently.
• Packing customer orders securely using appropriate packaging materials and affixing shipping labels.
• Completing routine stocktaking and inventory checks.
• Assisting with unloading trucks and receiving and processing incoming stock.
• Moving and replenishing stock into pick locations.
• Maintaining accurate stock organisation across the warehouse.
• Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe.
• Supporting the wider Warehouse team with additional tasks as required during the Christmas peak.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.

ABOUT THE ROLE

It’s the most stylish time of the year and we’re looking for Christmas Casuals to join our MESHKI Warehouse team across Inventory and Dispatch! You’ll be the magic behind the scenes - helping keep stock moving and making sure every order is picked, packed and dispatched to perfection so our customers can serve looks all season long!

This is a fixed-term Christmas Casual role, running through the holiday season and wrapping up in early 2027. We’re after people who bring the energy, thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to get stuck in during our busiest (and best!) time of the year.

Full availability across November and December is essential, with flexibility to work Monday to Saturday across morning and afternoon shifts. There may also be opportunities or requirements for some late-night shifts during peak periods.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
