Job summary

by charlotte is seeking an inspired Warehouse Manager to lead our Rosebery warehouse, ensure every order is fulfilled with precision, and uphold the by charlotte experience for our community.

You will manage daily operations, coach dispatch coordinators, oversee inbound stock, and partner with merchandising to protect stock integrity while maintaining safety and efficiency on the warehouse floor. This role suits proactive leaders who thrive in a fast-paced fashion/ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a warehouse, distribution or dispatch management role.
• Experience leading frontline team including rostering and coaching.
• Working knowledge of WHS obligations and safety on a warehouse floor.
• Experience managing carrier and freight relationships and resolving day-to-day logistics issues.
• Confidence with inventory and warehouse management systems and KPI reporting.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with ability to manage peak periods.
• Clear, confident communication with frontline staff and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day running of the warehouse and prioritise the team’s work to meet KPIs.
• Oversee B2C and B2B dispatch, returns, store replenishment and personalisation services within SLA.
• Manage inbound stock processing including POs and transfers.
• Lead stocktakes and cycle counts across all warehouse locations.
• Champion WHS and maintain a safety-first warehouse configuration.
• Manage logistics partners (Australia Post, DHL, etc.) and weekly packaging orders.
• Produce KPI and SLA reporting and drive improvements in pick-pack workflow.
• Troubleshoot warehouse systems (WMS, scanners, dispatch software).

Job description

We’re looking for an inspired and brand-aligned Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse team, keep every order moving with precision and care, and bring their magic to the by charlotte experience. You'll play a key role in creating meaningful moments for our community, inspiring connection, uplifting others, and embodying the by charlotte spirit in everything you do.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As Warehouse Manager, you will lead the day-to-day running of our warehouse, prioritising the team’s work so KPIs are met, resolving inventory issues, and ensuring every order is fulfilled accurately and on time.

• Leading, coaching and developing our B2B and B2C Dispatch Coordinators and casual warehouse team, including rosters, timesheets, daily briefings and performance feedback.
• Overseeing B2C (online and marketplaces) and B2B (retail and wholesale) dispatch, returns, store replenishment and personalisation services, all within SLA.
• Managing inbound stock processing, including supplier purchase orders and internal transfers.
• Partnering with our Merchandising Assistant to protect stock integrity, and leading stocktakes and cycle counts across all warehouse locations.
• Championing WHS as the highest priority and keeping the warehouse configured for safety and efficiency.
• Managing key logistics partners such as Australia Post, DHL, Flash and New Directions, plus weekly packaging and consumables ordering.
• Producing KPI and SLA reporting, and driving continuous improvement across the pick-pack workflow and stockroom.
• Troubleshooting day-to-day warehouse systems (WMS, scanners, dispatch software) and escalating to IT or vendors as needed.

The ideal candidate will also have:

• Proven experience in a warehouse, distribution or dispatch management role, ideally in retail, ecommerce or wholesale fashion/FMCG.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing a frontline team, including rostering, coaching and performance management.
• Working knowledge of WHS obligations and practical experience embedding safety standards on a warehouse floor.
• Experience managing carrier and freight relationships and resolving day-to-day logistics issues.
• Confidence with inventory and warehouse management systems, and with producing and interpreting KPI reports.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities during peak trading.
• Clear, confident communication with both frontline staff and senior stakeholders.
