By Charlotte Pty is seeking a thoughtful Boutique Manager for our Marion boutique opening this November. You will lead a team, shape the environment and deliver beautiful, seamless experiences that leave a lasting impression on our community.

You will mentor staff, balance presentation and stock, drive sales with clear strategies, and foster a culture of accountability and warmth. We value thoughtful communication, organization, and a commercial mindset.

Opening this November, our beautifully curated Marion boutique will be a place to create something truly special. We’re looking for a thoughtful, brand-aligned Boutique Manager to lead our team, shape the environment around them and bring every detail to life, creating beautiful, seamless experiences that leave a lasting impression on our community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the daily rhythm of the boutique, leading with intention and setting the standard for an elevated client experience while maintaining strong operational performance.
• Mentor, coach and inspire your team, building confidence and capability while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous growth.
• Own the day-to-day presentation and inventory of the boutique, maintaining a beautifully curated environment alongside accurate stock management and efficient processes.
• Drive commercial performance through clear sales strategies and goals, recognising opportunities to empower your team, strengthen sales and achieve consistent results.
• Create thoughtful and memorable customer experiences, approaching every interaction with warmth and care and responding to feedback with empathy, professionalism and understanding.
