Job summary

Visy Glass ANZ is seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead the Glass division across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Packaging Division Leadership Team, you will shape enterprise strategy while guiding multi-site manufacturing, engineering, sales, finance, planning and quality functions.

You will balance strategic vision with disciplined execution, drive performance and value creation, and build a high-performing leadership culture aligned to Visy's circular economy ambitions.

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Executive General Manager Packaging, the General Manager (Visy Glass ANZ) is accountable for the strategic, commercial and operational leadership of the Glass business across Australia and New Zealand. As a member of the Packaging Division Leadership Team, you will influence enterprise strategy while leading a complex manufacturing operation spanning multiple sites, disciplines and markets.

The Person:

Visy is seeking an accomplished executive with a proven track record leading complex manufacturing, industrial, packaging or similarly asset-intensive businesses. You bring strong commercial acumen, operational credibility and the ability to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes. Full P&L accountability, exceptional stakeholder engagement capability and experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams will be essential.

Qualifications in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business or a related discipline are preferred, with postgraduate qualifications viewed favourably.
