Job summary

Recruit Personnel is assisting a leading organisation in the thoroughbred industry to recruit an Inventory Coordinator in Scone, NSW. This office-based role focuses on stock control, stock transactions and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers.

You will conduct stocktakes, oversee receiving and distribution, reconcile inventory using multiple management systems, and support logistics.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working within inventory or stock management plus an understanding of goods in / out processes.
• Previous experience in conducting stocktakes.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems along with confident computer skills in learning new systems, plus current capacity with MS Excel and Outlook in particular.
• Professional communication style.

Our Client is a leading organisation within the thoroughbred industry. They have a need for an Inventory Coordinator to join their team, working within a vibrant and welcoming office environment.

Being office based, your role is predominately from behind a desk where you will be managing relationships with both internal and external customers regarding stock transactions, lead and manage stocktakes with the support of personnel and supervise logistic functions inclusive of receiving, distributing and reconciling processes using their various inventory management systems.

This role offers the perfect blend of lifestyle balance and an inclusive workplace culture in a growing and dynamic industry. Your start time can be as early as 7am or as late as 9am to work in with your commitments at home, and you will be well supported by a Manager who is very inclusive whilst working closely with you in learning the role and industry.

This is not a pick / pack position, it is an office based role where overseeing inventory for this growing company, is your day to day focus and responsibility.

Essentially you will offer:
