Job summary

Conquest Personnel in Sarina, QLD is seeking a Stores Coordinator to lead a small stores team, own day-to-day inventory control, and coordinate receipts, storage and dispatch of materials. Reporting to the Inventory Coordinator, you’ll drive accuracy and efficient operations on-site.

This permanent role offers a Monday–Friday roster, a competitive salary of $75,000 + Super with a potential increase up to $5,000 after probation, and ongoing training and career development in a supportive,

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in warehousing, stores or inventory management.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
• SAP experience (highly regarded).
• Intermediate MS Office skills.

About the Role

Reporting to the Inventory Coordinator, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the stores department. You'll lead a small team, ensure inventory accuracy, coordinate incoming and outgoing materials, and play a key role in keeping site operations running efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:
