Job summary

Totaline, a division of AHIC (Australia) Pty Ltd in Clayton, is seeking a motivated Warehouse, Store & Delivery Operator who is hands-on, safety-minded and customer-focused. The role blends warehouse operations with delivery duties and counter sales support.

You will receive, inspect and process stock, pick and dispatch orders, operate forklifts, and assist customers by phone, email or at the trade counter.

Qualifications

• Current forklift licence with warehouse experience.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Experience in warehousing, logistics, deliveries or a similar role.
• Good communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude.
• A positive, proactive approach and willingness to learn.
• Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
• Ability to undertake the physical requirements of the role, including manual handling.
• HVACR industry experience and Oracle ERP knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and process incoming stock.
• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders.

• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with stocktakes.
• Deliver and collect goods from customers and suppliers safely and on time.

Totaline a division of AHIC (Australia) Pty Ltd, is currently seeking a motivated Warehouse, Store & Delivery Operator to join our team in Clayton.

This varied role is primarily focused on warehouse operations, constantly working with stock / inventory movements, and customer deliveries, with opportunities to support counter sales and customer service. It is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, values safety and wants to develop their product knowledge and customer service skills.

What You'll Be Doing

Warehouse & Store Operations

• Receive, inspect and process incoming stock accurately.
• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders efficiently.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with stocktakes.
• Keep the warehouse and store clean, organised and well presented.

Delivery & Logistics

• Deliver and collect goods from customers and suppliers safely and on time.
• Load, unload and secure products for transport.
• Plan delivery routes, complete documentation and conduct basic vehicle checks.
• Represent the division professionally when interacting with customers.
• Assist customers at the trade counter, by phone and via email.
• Process orders and respond to product enquiries.
• Support quotations, order follow-ups and product recommendations.
• Work with the team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

What We’re Looking For
