BYD Australia is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support Aftersales Operations from our Sydney warehouse in Prestons, coordinating parts receipt, picking, packing and dispatch across Sydney and Brisbane. You will ensure accurate inventory, timely deliveries and strong coordination with customer service and logistics teams.

Ideal candidates have a degree in logistics or related fields, at least 1 year in warehouse roles, and good English communication, Excel skills and attention to detail.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Automotive or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or logistics coordination.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Excel proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal English, detail‑oriented and organized, able to multitask.
• Knowledge of warehouse equipment is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations across Sydney and Brisbane, including receiving, picking, packing and dispatching automotive parts.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update the Warehouse Management System (WMS) regularly.
• Track and record all stock movements, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely system updates.
• Collaborate with customer service and logistics teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations and timely order fulfilment.
• Manage stock discrepancies, damaged goods and returns in accordance with company procedures.
• Coordinate regular stocktakes, investigate inventory variances and implement corrective actions where required.
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with workplace health and safety (WHS) requirements and SOPs.
• Respond to daily dealer enquiries regarding parts availability, order status and deliveries, ensuring timely communication.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Automotive or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or logistics coordination, preferably within the automotive parts industry.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse equipment and its operation will be highly regarded.
