Job summary

Inservio Home is seeking a casual warehouse assistant at our Frenchs Forest site to support daily packing, sorting and dispatch of medications to patients and clinics. You will work closely with Pharmacy, Scheduling and Administration teams to maintain accuracy and timeliness in order fulfilment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, logistics or order fulfilment role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
• Good communication and problem solving skills.
• QA or QC experience highly regarded.
• Experience working in the pharmacy, health care or medical industry an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations, ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed and dispatched.
• Receive, sort and distribute incoming stock, while maintaining an organised warehouse environment.
• Assist with stock management, stocktakes and inventory control, including reporting low or damaged stock.
• Work closely with Pharmacy, Scheduling and Administration teams to support order fulfilment and logistics activities.
• Assist with quality checks and follow cold-chain and company procedures to maintain high standards.
• Promote a safe workplace by adhering to WHS requirements and providing general warehouse and logistics support.

About the role

Reporting to the Logistics and Inventory Manager, you willbe part of a larger supportive team that guarantees the timely and precise packing and dispatch of our medications to patients and clinics.

Hours of work will be on a casual basis, Monday to Friday, and will be worked at our warehouse located in Frenchs Forest.

Responsibilities include:

Support daily warehouse operations, ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed and dispatched.
