Job summary

MN Spraybooths is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Victoria. You will support operations through assembly, preparation, and distribution of spray booths and equipment to customers nationwide.

The role involves packing, loading, forklift use, and assist with assembly of components such as filter frames and exhaust parts. Onsite work with full-time hours, Monday to Friday, with overtime available.

Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year’s experience in a similar role.
• Familiar and experienced with use of power and hand tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Forklift license (highly desirable)

• Preparing, packing and shrink wrapping of spray booth components for delivery onsite.
• Picking and packing goods for production and shipment.
• Order fulfillment and packing of spray booth filters.
• Liaising with warehouse team for the production of stock items.
• Assist with the assembly of product components using power tools.

• Unloading of containers.
• Safely using hand and power tools.
• Liaising with freight companies for bookings and deliveries.

An opportunity is available to join Australia's industry leading spray paint booth manufacturer!

MN Spraybooths is an Australian owned business that designs and manufactures a broad range of high-performance spray-painting booths for body shops and collision repair centres of all shapes and sizes.

Located in Pakenham Victoria, our fully equipped workshop manufactures custom parts and projects in-house for nationwide distribution and installation. To support this, our warehouse manufacturing teams are the backbone to our success.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our team and support our operations through the assembly, preparation and distribution of spray booths and equipment to our customers around Australia.

Dutiesinclude but not limited to:

Preparing, packing, and shrink wrapping of spray booth components for delivery onsite in a safe, accurate and efficient manner.

Picking and packing goods for production and shipment.

Order fulfillment and packing of spray booth filters.

Liaising with warehouse team for the production of stock items.

Assist with the assembly of various product components, such as filter frames, exhaust fans, burners, etc using power tools.

Loading/unloading of delivery trucks daily using forklift.

Assisting with unloading of containers.

Safely using hand and power tools, such as drills, rivet guns, circular saw.

Liaising with freight companies for bookings/deliveries/issues.

Completing paperwork and order forms.

Ensuringa clean, tidy, and organised warehouse and safe workplace practices at all times.

Identify and implement productivity improvements.

Working closely with all internal staff.

Skills we’re looking for

Although previous experience in the manufacturing of cool rooms or spray booths is highly favorable, on the job training will be provided to the successful applicant that can demonstrate:

Accuracy and high attention to detail

Familiar and experienced with use of power and hand tools

Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

Forklift license (highly desirable)

Key requirements

Minimum one (1) year’s experience in a similar role

You must be a quick learner who can adapt to changes quickly

Ability to work independently

A true team player with the desire to get the job done

Physically fit and willing to go the extra mile when needed.
