Job summary

Adecco Portugal is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator in Australia to take ownership of daily warehouse operations. This temporary full-time role has the potential to transition into a permanent position, with varied responsibilities across warehouse, logistics, freight and inventory.

You will coordinate receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch, manage freight bookings, maintain accurate inventory records, and work with Customer Care, Sales and Supply Chain teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, operations or supply chain.
• Experience coordinating day-to-day warehouse activities.
• Experience with freight bookings and delivery coordination.
• Strong understanding of inventory and stock control.
• Experience with order processing, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Experience using ERP, WMS, TMS or similar systems (preferred).
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Forklift licence where required for the location.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities and priorities.
• Coordinate receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Allocate and monitor day-to-day warehouse tasks.
• Ensure customer orders are picked accurately and dispatched on time.
• Book freight with approved carriers and coordinate collections and deliveries.
• Prepare freight documentation, labels and consignments.

• Receive incoming stock and ensure it is processed accurately.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Work closely with Customer Care, Sales, Supply Chain and other internal teams.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

As the Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of the warehouse and ensuring orders, stock and freight move efficiently.
