Adecco Australia Group is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator for a temporary full-time role with the potential to transition to permanent. The position offers $38 - $42 per hour plus Super and full-time hours, with a temporary ongoing engagement and potential temp-to-perm opportunity.

Varied duties across warehouse, logistics, freight and inventory, with emphasis on accurate order fulfillment, freight coordination, and inventory control. A hands-on role in a busy warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, operations or supply chain.
• Experience coordinating day-to-day warehouse activities.
• Experience with freight bookings and delivery coordination.
• Strong understanding of inventory and stock control.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, TMS or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities and priorities.
• Coordinate receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Allocate and monitor day-to-day warehouse tasks.
• Ensure customer orders are picked accurately and dispatched on time.
• Book freight with approved carriers and coordinate collections and deliveries.
• Prepare freight documentation, labels and consignments.
• Track deliveries and follow up on freight delays or issues.
• Receive incoming stock and ensure it is processed accurately.
• Maintain inventory records and work with internal teams.

Responsibilities

As the Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of the warehouse and ensuring orders, stock and freight move efficiently.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities and priorities
• Coordinate receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch

• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Work closely with Customer Care, Sales, Supply Chain and other internal teams
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, operations or supply chain
• Experience coordinating day-to-day warehouse activities
• Experience with freight bookings and delivery coordination
• Strong understanding of inventory and stock control
• Experience with order processing, picking, packing and dispatch
• Experience using ERP, WMS, TMS or similar systems prefer
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Forklift licence where required for the location
