We are looking for a reliable, organised and detail-focused person to join our Ballarat operations team and assist with the daily running of our warehouse and office.
This is a hands-on role that includes warehouse work as well as general administration and operational support.
A large part of the role involves preparing customer orders, checking stock and keeping the warehouse organised. You will also assist with basic office and administration tasks when required.
Accuracy is extremely important. We need someone who understands efficiency and effectiveness, follows instructions and speaks up if something does not look right.
You will work closely with our Operations Manager and the rest of our small operations team.
Your day-to-day work may include:
Picking the products needed for customer orders
Checking that you have picked the correct product, strength and quantity
Packing customer orders ready to be sent
Checking completed orders before they leave the warehouse
Printing and attaching shipping labels
Preparing parcels for courier collection
Unpacking stock when deliveries arrive
Checking incoming stock against what we ordered
Putting stock away in the correct place
Keeping shelves and stock organised
Checking stock levels and letting the Operations Manager know when something is running low
Counting stock during regular stock checks
Checking product expiry dates
Rotating stock so older stock is used first
Preparing custom products where requested
Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and easy to work in
Updating simple stock records and spreadsheets
Completing basic computer and administration tasks
Helping prepare documents, labels or other materials when required
Reporting damaged stock, incorrect stock or anything else that does not look right
Helping other team members when daily priorities change
Following written procedures and instructions for each task
Not every task will be required every day. Training and written procedures will be provided.

Willing to learn new tasks as the role develops
Previous warehouse, dispatch, stock or administration experience would be helpful but is not essential. Full training will be provided for the right person.
Valid Australian driver’s licence
Own reliable vehicle
Ability to work from our Ballarat location
Ability to safely complete normal warehouse duties, including packing, handling stock and moving boxes weighing up to approximately 15 kg
Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer skills
The role is 5 days per week.
Standard hours are 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Some flexibility may be available depending on the successful applicant and business requirements.
