Job summary

Boutique Whitening Australia in Ballarat, Victoria, is seeking a reliable and organised Warehouse and Admin Assistant to join our Ballarat operations team. This hands-on role covers warehouse tasks and basic admin duties to support daily processing of orders and stock control.

You will handle picking, packing, stock checks and documentation, work with our small team, follow procedures, and maintain accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, dispatch, stock or administration experience would be helpful but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Picking the products for customer orders.
• Checking correct product, strength and quantity.
• Packing customer orders for dispatch.
• Checking orders before shipment.
• Printing and attaching shipping labels.
• Preparing parcels for courier collection.
• Unpacking stock on delivery.
• Checking incoming stock against orders.
• Storing stock in correct locations.
• Keeping shelves and stock organized.
• Monitoring stock levels and informing supervisor.
• Counting stock during stock takes.
• Checking product expiry dates.
• Rotating stock to use oldest first.
• Preparing custom products when requested.
• Maintaining a clean, safe warehouse.
• Updating stock records and spreadsheets.
• Completing basic computer and administration tasks.
• Assisting with documents, labels or materials as required.
• Reporting damaged or incorrect stock and anomalies.
• Helping teammates when priorities change.
