Job summary

Programmed Maintenance Services is seeking a highly organised Warehouse Administrator for our Eastern Creek operations. You will manage documentation, inventory records, and transport coordination to ensure smooth goods flow.

The role reports to the Warehouse Manager and requires accurate data entry, strong communication, and experience in warehouse or logistics environments. Excel and WMS experience preferred; SAP knowledge valued.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as Warehouse Administrator or similar role.
• High accuracy in data entry and records management.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics or distribution environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with WMS/ERP or SAP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers, transport providers and internal stakeholders regarding inventory and orders.
• Process inbound and outbound warehouse documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records in WMS.
• Perform data entry and keep records up to date.
• Prepare delivery paperwork, manifests and consignment docs.
• Assist with transport scheduling and stock discrepancy resolution.
• Generate operational reports and support management.
• Support inventory control and cycle counting activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety requirements.
