Superior People Recruitment in Laverton, VIC is seeking a motivated Warehouse Administrator to support daily warehouse operations. This entry-level role emphasizes strong administrative skills and clear communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver excellent service.

You will assist with stock checks, cycle counts, and record-keeping on spreadsheets, and help keep dispatch and inventory accurate in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Prev warehouse admin experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Develop relationships with clients and management and report to them with a focus on providing quality customer service.
• Clear and concise communication with all relevant suppliers and internal staff.
• Inventory – Assist with Warehouse staff to complete stock on-hand checks/cycle counts and investigating and correcting issues with stock.
• General administrative tasks for processes and systems.
• Record pallet usage on CC consignments and the xdock/dispatch on spreadsheet.
