Job summary

Daikin Australia is seeking a warehouse admin assistant to support the warehouse team with inbound and outbound orders at Warwick Farm, Sydney NSW. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, ensure orders are ready for pickup, and book deliveries for local and interstate jobs.

The role requires strong customer service, clear communication, and data entry skills, with SAP experience considered a plus and WHS adherence essential.

Qualifications

• Warehouse admin experience is desirable.
• Strong customer service and the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently.
• Experience with data entry; SAP exposure is desirable but not essential.
• Thorough understanding of WHS policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for external and internal enquiries.
• Ensure orders are ready for customer pickups.
• Booking deliveries for local & interstate jobs; sort and group orders based on delivery requirements.
• Liaise with accounts to invoice and amend orders.
