Job summary

Monash Health in Dandenong Hospital’s Acute Assessment Unit is offering a permanent part-time Ward Clerk role. You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, handling patient information, coordinating consumables, and supporting the multidisciplinary team to enhance the patient experience.

The role requires previous ward clerk or administrative experience in a healthcare setting, strong communication and customer service, and the ability to adapt in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Ward Clerk experience desirable.
• Experience in a healthcare setting desirable.
