Job summary

Dhelkaya Health is seeking a Ward Clerk on a casual basis to support Acute, Urgent Care, Maternity, Sub-acute and Theatre services. You will perform administrative tasks, manage patient admissions and registrations, and ensure smooth patient flow with strong confidentiality and service orientation.

Qualifications

• Experience with patient admissions, discharges and registrations is desirable.
• Comfort with maintaining accurate patient records and data entry.
• Ability to provide high-quality customer service to patients, visitors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Managing patient admissions, discharges and registrations.

• Supporting bed management, appointments and patient flow activities.
