Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare administration is required.
• Experience with patient administration systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process waiting list forms from clinics and other areas within required time frames.
• Accurately create, record and update the Waiting List Screen on PAS as required.
• Contact patients and schedule admission for procedures.
• Schedule appointments including pre-admission and anaesthetic clinics as requested.
