• An understanding of hygiene and workplace health and safety standards

Qualifications

• AQF Certificate II or III in Hospitality or Food and Beverage Service, or at least one year of relevant experience in place of formal qualifications


• Additional on-the-job training or relevant certifications (such as RSA) may be required
