Job summary

Ace Hotel Sydney is seeking a friendly waiter to join our bustling hatted dining room on a casual temporary basis. Bring your warm personality, guide guests through the menu, make recommendations, take orders and deliver attentive service from start to finish, even during busy nights and weekends.

You should have at least two years' waiter experience, strong English, NSW RSA, and the stamina to stand long hours and balance trays.

Working a flexible roster that includes nights and weekends, you will navigate a fast-paced dining room with grace and efficiency. About you

• You bring a minimum of two years of experience as a waiter in a busy setting.
• You possess a bubbly, positive personality and naturally thrive in the energetic buzz of a vibrant dining room.
• You have strong English communication skills, allowing you to confidently engage with guests and seamlessly collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams.
• You are physically comfortable standing for long periods and can expertly navigate a bustling floor while carrying three plates and balancing trays of glassware.
• You have flexible availability, which will regularly include a mix of evening and weekend shifts.
• Currently hold a valid NSW RSA.
