Job summary

Wests Group Macarthur is seeking enthusiastic waiters to join our hospitality team across four venues. You will deliver warm, efficient service in bistro and cafe spaces, take orders, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment for guests.

We offer above-award wages, advance rosters, full training, uniforms, and onsite parking to support a long-term hospitality career. Available shifts are part-time with flexibility across evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• RSA and RCG competency cards required.

As a Waiter, you'll be responsible for delivering warm, efficient service in our bistro and Cafe spaces. Whether taking orders, serving food and beverages, or ensuring our venues are clean and welcoming, you'll play a key role in providing an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Availability Requirements

These are part time positions and require flexibility across our operational hours, including but not limited to:

• Days, late nights, weekends, long weekends and public holidays
• Core availability from Thursday to Sunday
• Christmas and New Year period(we trade every day of the year!)

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

• Flexible availability to work during our trade periods as stated above.
• A current driver's licence and own transport to travel to our four venues.
• A current RSA and RCG competency card.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation.
• A friendly and approachable personality with a strong customer service focus.
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Coffee making experience is advantageous.
