Job summary

Asuria People Services Pty Ltd in Ballarat is seeking a role focused on efficiently checking, processing and claiming Wage Subsidy Agreements and Payments along with Employment drawdowns including Purchase Orders and Internal Professional Services. You will create Head Agreements and Payment Schedules within 48 hours of request and ensure compliance with department guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in case management, customer service, sales, marketing or recruitment delivery.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Check, process and claim Wage Subsidy Agreements and Payments and related drawdowns.
• Create Wage Subsidy Head Agreements and Payment Schedules within 48 hours of request.
• Ensure documentary evidence for payments within 48 hours of due date.
• Ensure activities align with Department guidelines.
• Assist team leader and staff to maintain 100% compliance.
• Submit claims accurately within agreed timelines and forecast to stakeholders.
