Job summary

Asuria is a leading provider of Employment Services in Australia. This role focuses on efficiently and compliantly checking, processing and claiming Wage Subsidy Agreements and Payments, and Employment drawdowns including Purchase Orders and Internal Professional Services.

You will work from any Asuria office and use your time management and case management experience in a temporary contract until December, with a focus on meeting tight deadlines and maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in case management, customer service, sales, marketing and/or recruitment delivery.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, pressured environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Relates well to people at all levels of the organisation.
• Sound IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Create Wage Subsidy Head Agreements and Payment Schedules within 48 hours of request.
• Ensure documentary evidence for payments within 48 hours of due date.
• Ensure activities align with Department guidelines.
• Assist the ESST Team Leader to maintain 100% compliance.
• Submit claims accurately within agreed timelines.
• Provide accurate forecasts to stakeholders.
