Job summary

Asuria provides employment services in Australia and is seeking a dedicated candidate to support participants at risk of disengagement. You will collaborate with Workforce Australia teams, delivering high level guidance on outcome claims and timely interventions to sustain employment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, IT proficiency, and understanding of DEEDs; a police check and working with children check are required before starting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in case management, customer service, sales, marketing and/or recruitment delivery.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Sound IT skills.
• Understanding of the WFA Employment Services DEEDs and Guidelines preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Maximise retention of participants in sustainable employment through timely supports and interventions.
• Ensure each Outcome type is maximised for positive performance and revenue impacts.
• Confirm and secure compliant documentary evidence for claim submissions.
• Submit claims accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Provide accurate forecasts to relevant stakeholders.
