Job summary

Asuria, a leading provider of Employment Services in Australia, is seeking a dedicated professional to support participants at risk of losing employment. You will collaborate with Workforce Australia teams to deliver high-level support, education, and guidance on outcome claims.

This role focuses on maximizing work retention, ensuring compliant documentation, submitting claims on time, and forecasting outcomes to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in case management, customer service, sales, marketing or recruitment delivery.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Relates well to people across the organisation.
• Sound IT skills.
• Familiarity with WFA Employment Services DEEDs and Guidelines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximise work retention via timely supports and interventions.
• Maximise each Outcome type for positive performance and revenue impacts.
• Ensure suitable and compliant documentary evidence for claim submissions.
• Submit claims accurately and within the agreed timelines.
• Provide accurate forecasts to stakeholders.
