Job summary

Securitas Australia is seeking a State Manager WA/SA to lead and grow operations across Western Australia and South Australia. The role focuses on delivering outstanding service, driving profitability, and pursuing new business opportunities, with regular travel to client locations to lead dispersed teams.

Ideal candidates will have proven senior leadership in security or facilities services, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to manage budgets and risk.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role, preferably within security services, facilities management or a related service industry.
• Demonstrated success in business development, account growth and client relationship management.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, profitability and financial performance.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of compliance, risk management and service delivery frameworks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a highly mobile, field-based leadership role.
• Current security industry qualifications and licences relevant to WA and SA (or the ability to obtain them).
• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly throughout WA and SA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow operations across WA and SA, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and develop regional growth plans.
• Maintain strong client relationships and oversee service delivery across client sites.
• Oversee budgeting, profitability and regional performance against targets.
• Provide regular forecasts, reports and business insights to senior leadership.
• Travel regularly to client locations to supervise operations and manage teams.
