Job summary

WA Country Health Service (WACHS) seeks a Security Service Manager to run day-to-day operations and guide risk management across the Wheatbelt/Goldfields regions from Perth. This permanent full-time role supports security policy development and investigations within a large rural health system.

You will provide expert security advice to executives, coordinate with regional teams, and ensure compliance with legislative requirements while travelling regionally as needed.

Qualifications

• Flexible to regional travel and overnight stays to support WACHS Security Service.
• Ability to build working relationships with community stakeholders and drive change in security functions locally.
• Candidates must have ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the WA Country Health Service (WACHS) Security Service to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance.
• Provide high-level technical advice on security risk management, crime prevention, environmental design, and security investigations for stakeholders including the WA Health Executive.
• Support development and implementation of WACHS security policies, procedures and operational guidelines.
