Job summary

Geely Auto Australia are seeking a Regional Aftersales Manager for the WA/SA region to lead dealer performance and aftersales strategy across the Southern region. You will oversee parts, service, warranty, customer experience, and training initiatives while driving improvements in KPIs and customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with national teams, support dealer capability building, and travel to regional sites and the Sydney office as required.

Qualifications

• Experience as regional aftersales manager or in dealer management.
• Familiarisation with Parts & Service operations.
• Strong business, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel to all regions and Sydney head office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin beneficial.
• Full working rights in Australia; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular on-site dealer visits to assess performance.
• Prepare dealer visit reports for decisions and compliance.
• Lead dealer aftersales teams toward Geely targets.
• Implement strategies to improve financial outcomes.
• Support Parts ops via 3PL across dealer network.
• Manage dealer parts and service targets and inventory.
• Deliver training on Geely systems and policies.
• Resolve customer complaints at regional level.
• Monitor standards adherence across dealer network.
• Provide warranty and technical support to dealers.
• Analyse aftersales KPIs and drive improvement.
• Engage stakeholders across Aftersales and regional teams.
• Perform ad-hoc duties for aftersales and parts warehouse.
