Job summary

Geely Auto Australia is seeking an experienced Regional Aftersales Manager for the Northern region to lead dealer performance and customer satisfaction. You will conduct on-site dealer visits, coach service teams and monitor KPIs to ensure premium aftersales outcomes.

The role requires travel to northern regions and the Sydney head office, plus strong leadership and stakeholder collaboration to drive growth while maintaining Geely’s standards and brand image.

Qualifications

• Experience as regional aftersales manager or dealer management.
• Familiarisation with Parts & Service functions and performance requirements.
• Strong business, problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Visit dealers regularly to assess performance and drive premium customer experiences.
• Report dealer visits to support informed decisions and improve compliance.
• Lead and motivate aftersales teams to achieve business outcomes for Geely Auto Australia.
• Implement strategies to improve aftersales financials while balancing dealer and customer satisfaction.
• Manage dealer parts and service targets, obsolescence and inventory levels.
• Deliver Geely systems training to dealers in line with policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and incidents regionally to maintain brand reputation.
• Monitor standards adherence and policy compliance across the dealer network.
• Provide warranty support and timely resolution of complex service cases.
• Analyze KPIs (CSI, first-time fix rate, warranty cost, parts supply) to identify improvements.
