Geely Auto Australia is seeking a Regional Aftersales Manager for the WA/SA region. The role focuses on shaping aftersales strategy, dealer performance, and customer experience during a period of rapid growth in Australia.

You will oversee end-to-end Aftersales including parts, service, warranty, and customer experience, coordinating with national teams to deliver integrated solutions and drive improvement across the dealer network.

Qualifications

• Experience as a regional aftersales manager or in dealer management.
• Familiarisation with Parts & Service operations and performance metrics.
• Strong business, problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Willingness to travel to all regions and Sydney head office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; English essential; Mandarin beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Conduct regular on-site dealer visits to assess and improve performance.
• Report dealer visits to support informed decision-making and compliance.
• Lead and motivate dealership aftersales teams to achieve service outcomes.
• Implement strategies to improve aftersales financial outcomes while balancing dealer and customer satisfaction.
• Support Parts operations through 3PL engagement across the dealer network.
• Monitor and manage dealer parts and service performance targets and inventory.
