Geely Auto Australia is seeking a Regional Aftersales Manager – Northern region to lead dealer operations and customer satisfaction across the northern network.

You will conduct on-site dealer visits, report findings, and drive aftersales growth and standards. The role requires travel to northern regions and Sydney head office, with a 2-year fixed-term contract and potential for extension.

Formación

• Experience as a regional aftersales manager or in dealer management.
• Familiarisation with Parts & Service operational functions and performance requirements.
• Strong business management, problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Willingness to travel to northern regions and Sydney head office as required.
• Ability to uphold company aftersales standards and brand image.
• Expertise in multi-tiered dealer relationship management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask priorities, organize workload and work autonomously.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular on-site dealer visits to assess and improve performance to Geely standards.
• Complete dealer visit reporting for informed decision-making and compliance.
• Lead and motivate dealership aftersales teams to achieve outcomes.
• Implement strategies to improve aftersales financial outcomes while balancing dealer and customer satisfaction.
• Manage dealer parts and service performance, obsolescence, and inventory levels.
• Deliver Geely systems and processes training to dealers.
• Support customer relations through prompt resolution of complaints.
• Monitor standards adherence and policy compliance across the dealer network.
• Provide warranty support and timely resolution of complex service cases.
• Monitor and analyze key aftersales KPIs and drive improvement with dealers.
• Support dealer capability building through coaching and certification programs.
• Report regional market insights to inform strategy and improvements.
• Engage with Geely’s aftersales and regional management teams to achieve goals.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties to support Aftersales operations.
