Reporting to the MD, you will lead technical support, training, product quality and service operations, align with global teams, and implement KPI‑driven programs to boost profitability and customer satisfaction across the network.

Responsibilities

• Lead the national aftersales strategy across parts, service, technical support, CRM and warranty.
• Drive aftersales revenue, profitability and customer retention through effective service programs and dealer collaboration.
• Establish KPIs and performance frameworks for dealer networks including parts revenue, service retention, and customer satisfaction.
