Job summary

Protech Group is seeking an Executive General Manager to lead its Western Australian operations from Perth. You will own growth, lead a large workforce services operation across mining, construction, rail, infrastructure and traffic management, and report to the COO.

You will drive strategy, build capability and deliver long-term value for clients, employees and shareholders, while championing safety and excellence across a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Proven executive leadership track record in workforce services or related sectors.
• Demonstrated success leading large business units with revenue and profit growth.
• Strong network in Western Australia across major industry sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ambitious growth strategies to expand WA market share and profitability.
• Build and strengthen executive-level relationships with major clients and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities across mining, infrastructure, energy, rail and construction sectors.
• Lead large, high-performing teams and attract, develop and retain talent.
• Deliver strong commercial outcomes through disciplined leadership and operational excellence.
• Champion a culture of safety, accountability, customer focus and continuous improvement.
• Represent Protech at industry forums, client engagements and key stakeholder events.
• Contribute to corporate strategy as a member of the Executive Leadership Team.
