Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years leadership experience.
• Fabrication and welding experience.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and standards.
• Strong commercial acumen in contracts and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Foster a safe, positive workplace culture by embedding Scope's values in all tasks.
• Coordinate HSEQ checks and audits onsite and in workshop environment.
• Oversee pre-start and toolbox meetings both onsite and in the workshop.
• Complete project safety risk analyses and coordinate Safety Management Plans, SWMSs & JHAs.
• Manage contracts with clients and supply chain, and coordinate project documentation.
• Recruitment labour and induct new workshop staff; mentor technical skill development.
