CMW Geosciences is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the WA team of 50+ staff, directing operations, strategic growth, and market leadership across Western Australia.

You will steer financial performance, client engagement, safety and technical excellence, and develop high-performing geotechnical professionals in a collaborative, flexible environment with travel across WA as needed.

Formación

• 10+ years' experience as a geotechnical professional.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in a management position within an engineering consultancy.
• Proven leadership of high-performing teams across a region.
• Strong understanding of the WA market; success in winning work and growth.
• Commercially astute with experience managing P&L and budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the WA business strategy and operations, driving growth, managing risk, and delivering regional objectives.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, profitability, and commercial decision-making.
• Provide strong leadership and people management, fostering a high-performing, collaborative workplace culture.
• Drive business development and client engagement, building relationships and growing market presence.
• Champion safety, quality, and technical excellence, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
