Job summary

Latitude Financial Services in Western Australia is seeking an energetic Broker Relationship Manager to build and manage a portfolio of mortgage, asset and commercial finance brokers across WA. This role focuses on growing Latitude's presence in personal lending, motor finance and related solutions.

You will deliver face-to-face and virtual presentations, support broker onboarding, use data to identify opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure superior broker experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or relationship management.
• Exposure to broker, lending, banking or finance industry highly regarded.
• Knowledge of personal lending, motor finance, asset finance or consumer finance.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into action.
• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout WA.
• Familiar with AI tools to accelerate insights and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage and grow relationships with mortgage, asset and commercial finance brokers across WA.
• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities.
• Create and execute territory plans aligned to growth objectives.
• Deliver face-to-face and virtual presentations, training sessions and workshops.
• Support broker onboarding, accreditation and education.
• Use data and insights to identify growth opportunities and improve performance.
• Collaborate with internal sales, credit and operations teams to deliver broker experiences.
• Drive business results through strong activity, planning and execution.
