Job summary

Latitude Financial Services is seeking an experienced Broker Relationship Manager to join the Western Australia broker team. This role is about building and nurturing broker relationships across WA, driving new business, and expanding Latitude's presence across personal lending, motor finance and commercial lending solutions.

The role is not desk-bound; it emphasizes face-to-face and virtual presentations, training, and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Must have BDM relationship management experience.
• Exposure to broker, lending, banking or finance industry highly regarded.
• Knowledge of personal lending, motor finance, asset finance or consumer finance.
• Strong sales, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage and grow relationships with mortgage, asset and commercial finance brokers across WA.
• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities.
• Create and execute territory plans aligned to growth objectives.
• Deliver face-to-face and virtual presentations, training sessions and workshops.
• Support broker onboarding, accreditation and education.
