Job summary

BOQ Group is seeking a Business Development Manager with lending experience to establish and grow the ME Bank broker distribution channel in Western Australia. You will build strong relationships with accredited brokers and drive new home loan growth while supporting existing customer retention.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams, including Broker Operations, Credit and Home Lending, promote the BOQ Group story, and train brokers on processes to reduce rework.

Qualifications

• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of residential lending processes.
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow ME Bank broker distribution with accredited brokers.
• Develop a strategic plan to drive business through the broker channel.
• Support new home loan growth and existing customer retention.
• Collaborate with Broker Operations, Credit and Home Lending in Transformation & Operations.
