Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing partner relationships in a retail/finance context.
• Knowledge of POS finance, onboarding, pricing, settlements and compliance.
• Strong organisational discipline to manage a large portfolio with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with regional store managers and sales teams.
• Deliver structured training to lift product confidence and responsible finance behaviours.
• Drive sales growth by coaching teams and analysing KPIs and trends.
• Develop retailer insights and tailor support by store maturity and capability.
• Provide responsive servicing to partners and resolve day-to-day queries.
• Ensure up-to-date POS collateral, system readiness and compliant promotions.
• Maintain territory reporting and communicate wins and risks to stakeholders.
