Job summary

Latitude Financial Services is seeking an Area Manager to lead and grow relationships with strategic retail partners across Queensland. You will drive sales growth, deliver training, and ensure compliance with responsible lending obligations.

You will manage a large portfolio of about 150 SMB partners, use CRM and contract management tools, and report on engagement and performance trends to guide actions. A hybrid working model and competitive benefits are on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience in partner management within retail/financial services.
• Strong understanding of POS finance processes and compliant practices.
• Excellent organization to manage a large portfolio (~150 SMB partners).

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with regional and store managers and sales teams across territory.
• Deliver structured training, ensuring compliance and responsible lending obligations.
• Drive sales growth through coaching and identifying opportunities.
• Develop retailer insights and tailor support to goals and challenges.
• Provide responsive partner support and issue resolution.
• Ensure stores have up-to-date POS collateral and support campaigns.
• Maintain reporting on store engagement and performance trends.
