Job summary

Revolution Medicines is seeking a senior finance leader to guide JPAC finance and operations. This role partners with Commercial, Medical Affairs and Global Finance to enable sustainable growth and scalable operations across affiliates and distributor markets.

The VP, Finance & Operations will build robust planning, reporting, governance, and internal controls while driving strategic investment decisions to support portfolio expansion and commercialization in the JPAC region.

Qualifications

• Significant senior finance leadership experience within global biopharma.
• Experience managing regional P&Ls and strategic planning.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional financial planning, forecasting and governance for JPAC.
• Partner with global finance and executive leadership to drive growth.
• Oversee regional P&L, budgeting, and capital allocation.
• Develop scalable operating models and internal controls.
• Support commercial launches and affiliate expansion.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance standards.
